Here are three fun and easy exercises to do with your toddler in the morning:

• How to do it: Pretend to be different animals together! Try bear crawls (walking on hands and feet), frog jumps (squat and jump forward), or crab walks (walking on hands and feet, belly facing up).
• Benefits: Builds strength, coordination, and balance while making movement fun!

2️⃣ Reach & Jump 🌟
• How to do it: Have your toddler reach up high like they’re grabbing the stars, then jump as high as they can! You can count jumps or make it a game (e.g., “Jump over the puddle!”).
• Benefits: Improves leg strength, balance, and gets the heart pumping.

3️⃣ Follow the Leader Dance Party 🎶
• How to do it: Play music and take turns leading fun moves like marching, spinning, clapping, or wiggling!
